Jennifer Keane is a clinical counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. She has been practicing meditation for eighteen years and integrates mindfulness into her counselling and therapy practice. Over the past seven years she has created and taught a variety of classes based on mindfulness meditation.
